This Privacy Policy applies to the Wisdom Dashboard mobile application and related services operated by ŠULC spol. s r.o. (the “Service Provider”).

Core privacy principle: Wisdom Dashboard does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use of the Application, and registration is not required.

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. ŠULC does not retain that information or use it for tracking.

Precise location information

Wisdom Dashboard does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

04 / Third Parties

Third-party access

Because Wisdom Dashboard does not collect personal information through normal use, ŠULC does not share such information with third parties.

05 / Data Retention

Data Retention

ŠULC does not retain personal data from normal use of Wisdom Dashboard on its servers.

Wisdom Dashboard does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not maintain server-side study histories for ordinary use.

If study sessions, subject selections, durations, dates, learning types, focus levels, goals, target dates, priorities, statistics, streaks, achievements, search or sorting preferences, or similar app data are stored locally, they remain on your device and are not received or retained by ŠULC on its servers.

If you voluntarily contact ŠULC outside normal app use, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.

06 / Data Deletion

Data Deletion

There is no ŠULC account or server-side personal-data profile to delete for ordinary use of Wisdom Dashboard.

Where Wisdom Dashboard stores study sessions, goals, statistics, streaks, achievements, history, or preferences locally on your device, you can remove that information using available in-app deletion or clear-data controls, by clearing the Application’s local storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, as applicable.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to ŠULC outside normal app use, you may request deletion at support@sulc.site.

07 / Children

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. ŠULC does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

08 / Security

Security

Because Wisdom Dashboard does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure through ŠULC systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and information lawfully held.

09 / Changes

Changes to this Policy

ŠULC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested from ŠULC.
